Composition:
Pure titanium metal (titanium content ≥99%)
The 3D printed pure titanium framework has better deformation resistance than conventional cast titanium, featuring favorable toughness and high tolerance.
It provides prominent stress buffering performance and lowers the risk of bone resorption.
Advantages:
The framework can be fabricated as thin as 0.5 mm, achieving a 40% weight reduction while retaining a flexural strength of 900 MPa.
Medical implant-grade pure titanium with excellent biocompatibility. Its allergy rate is less than 0.03%, and it has superior corrosion resistance and biological inertness.
With a density of only 4.5 g/cm³, it greatly reduces compression on oral mucosa, ideal for patients with severely resorbed alveolar ridges.
No porosity or sand holes found in traditional casting. Near 100% density and 40% improvement in marginal adaptation.
Indications:
Suitable for unilateral or bilateral posterior distal extension edentulism (no natural abutment support at the terminal end);
Applicable to multiple spaced missing anterior or posterior teeth (Kennedy Class III & IV);
Patients with tooth loss accompanied by alveolar bone, jaw bone or soft tissue defects.
