Product Features:
Fränkel II is indicated for Class II Division 1 and Class II Division 2 malocclusion. Fränkel III is suitable for growing patients with functional and mild skeletal Class III malocclusion. The Fränkel appliance can also be used as a retainer after orthognathic surgery, facemask protraction or other treatments.

Cleaning method is the same as removable orthodontic appliances.
Model requirement: Maxillary and mandibular models with wax bite registration. The models should replicate hard and soft tissue anatomy, including full dentition, alveolar process, entire vestibule of mucosal walls, labial, buccal and lingual frenums, and maxillary tuberosity.
Occlusal reconstruction: Mandibular advancement should not exceed 2–3 mm. Vertical opening allows wires to cross the occlusal space without contacting teeth, generally around 2.5 mm. Excessive advancement or excessive vertical opening will interfere with lip closure training.
