Mandibular Fixed Frame Expander
Clinical Application:
It is a fixed frame expander for mandibular arch expansion with compact screw. The operation method is similar to maxillary expanders. Suitable for patients in early mixed dentition and primary dentition. It can upright mandibular posterior teeth and slightly expand anterior space. Bands can be made as continuous bands or on first permanent molars / second primary molars. Extension arms can be bent along the lingual gingival margin for more effective force delivery.
Notes:
Adjust as instructed by the doctor.
Brush with toothpaste morning and night. Floss and water flosser are recommended to maintain oral hygiene.
